Programmes
A specialised training programme is instrumental in implementing an effective exercise regimen. A programme ensures you have a structured path towards your goal, allows you to monitor progress and enables you to adapt your training in accordance with your improvement.
In order for a programme to be tailored to your fitness levels and goals, an initial consultation is key. This will give me the information needed to start developing the programme. I will assess current activity level, body metrics, medical conditions, food allergies and intolerances, goals and lifestyle.
You will then be sent a detailed training programme that takes into consideration all of the factors mentioned above as well as nutritional advice to ensure that you give your body what it needs to recover and improve.
