Consultation

Our initial consultation is where I will gauge your current fitness level and your goals, allowing me to make a plan of action.

Programme design

An exercise programme will be created that is tailored to your needs and abilities. This goes hand in hand with nutritional advice to to support discipline and structure in our approach.

Training sessions

1-1 training sessions where I will be instructing exercises, helping you understand key principles of biomechanics and anatomy and pushing you to perform at your highest level.

Track progress and make adjustments

Your performance and body composition will be routinely tracked to ensure that you are on the right path towards your fitness goals. Necessary adjustments to your programme will be made depending on your progress.
